Every KypyWay vehicle is under 4 years old, serviced on a fixed schedule, and inspected before each trip. We don't operate vehicles with cosmetic damage or mechanical issues — a car that isn't road-ready isn't dispatched.

// STANDARDS
Every vehicle in our fleet is serviced at a licensed facility on a fixed kilometre schedule — below manufacturer recommendations. Oil changes, brake inspections, tyre rotation, and fluid checks happen on a documented schedule, and records are kept per vehicle.
Before each dispatch, a driver completes a visual and functional check: exterior condition, tyre pressure, lights, interior cleanliness, and fuel level. Any issue found before departure results in a substitute vehicle being assigned — not a delayed start.
All vehicles are fitted with winter tyres between November 1 and April 15 regardless of weather forecast. Winter tyre swap and storage is handled centrally. For border crossings into the US during winter months, we confirm road conditions on the target route before dispatch.
KypyWay vehicles do not carry exterior branding. At airport pickups, you identify your driver by name board — not by a decal on the car. This is intentional for clients who prefer discretion.
